How to Create Business Card with Glass Effect in Inkscape

Previously I had a discussion about this issue in the Inkscape International group in Facebook. We discussed how to create a glass effect with a blurry shadow which was trending this year. And it was proven when I scrolled through my Instagram feed and quite a lot of people shared the glass effect design like that. And below is the result if we use inkscape.

After discussing for a few days, there are many ways to create a glass effect in Inkscape. Some use filters and some use clip objects. At first I was interested in how to use the default filters from Inkscape. But the results in my opinion are not satisfactory. And finally I went back again using a tool similar to the clip object.
