To create a paper cutout illustration design in Inkscape, the method is very easy. Here I have made a scribble on paper in the form of an illustration which I then traced manually in Inkscape. After forming the line art. Give color and inner shadow effect. Here I use the default filter from Inkscape. You can modify it yourself and don't have to follow me.
