How to Create Retro Badge Design Tutorial in Inkscape

I've always liked this retro or vintage concept design as in the badge design. Because retro designs are usually very suitable for communities or teams. Here I will create a retro badge design in Inkscape. Maybe some of my friends are confused about how to make it. In making this retro badge design, of course, it is not arbitrary. Because usually I pay attention to the balance in the design elements (though sometimes I'm not very precise in the balance between elements). At least if you look at the design elements, it looks balanced.
